Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered, because not all items ship from the same fulfillment location. The most accurate shipping estimate for each item will always be shown on the individual product page before checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

Most pet fountains typically deliver within 2–3 business days.

Some accessories and replacement parts, including certain filters, may take approximately 12 business days to ship.

These are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Product-Specific Shipping

Because different products may ship from different locations, some items in the same order may arrive separately. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after it has been issued by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, building management, or local carrier first.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
